The ever increasing issues concerning privacy and security bring compliance to the forefront of every transaction. Hunt & Henriques takes compliance and security very seriously. We strive to exceed government regulations as well as our client mandates. We adhere to all federal and state regulations concerning the acquisition of information, the safeguarding of information, the collection of debts, office security, and all other laws and regulations that apply to our profession.

Our on-site IT system security includes full control of our servers by in-house IT personnel. No part of the IT function is outsourced. The system includes multi-layered firewalls with password protection.

There is a Disaster Recovery Plan / Business Resumption Plan in place that is reviewed and updated annually.

Our on-site physical security includes alarmed doors, glass breakage detectors, and motion sensors. All alarms signal an off-site monitoring station that will assess the situation and make the appropriate contacts to protect our facility.
